Very exciting that Holliston is down 10-25% according to the graphic in the article. We undoubtedly bought at the top of the market.

I can’t believe they’re actually going to do something with the old Bird property. It will be interesting to see if the housing market has rebounded by the time these units actually hit the market. Otherwise, there’ll just by 150 empty units on top of the dump.
